Gorgeous place almost fairy-tale like. Beautiful huge garden with a pond. Food at the restaurant was outstanding and the service was also excellent.

Very gorgeous location and perfect spot for weddings and other events. Nice ancient rooms and great atmosphere all around. Also surrounding is very calm and perfect to relax. Staff is really helpful and nice. Only negative fact is the price. Cost for a standard sized rooms with double bed is 160€ which is too much in my opiniom.

This was our first visit at the Schloss.
We were invited to a wedding and decided to stay there a couple of nights. We definetly decided well, because the Schloss was fantastic.
We arrived while it was poring rain, so could not really see anything. The next day we were pleasantly surprise by the beauty of this place.
This old castle was truly an amazing spot. The room was enormous, still old style but neatly kept. With a modern bathroom and tube (which for us is essential). Breakfast was great. Quality was was great and the options were many.
We had the chance to get a message. Staff was always really nice and helped us with any of our requests.
Near the castle was a beautiful pond were you can go swim (a proper magical place in the summer time). Around the castle you can go walk to the nearby fields or simply run around the village.
We had an amazing time! Not just because we were celebrating a wedding, but because the Obermayerhofen was truly a unique spot.
