Hotel was wonderful. Great location guest service was outstanding. I never though much about Warsaw now I would go back in a hart beat. Food in Warsaw was extramural inexpensive. Love the restaurants and the people treated us with great respect and were extremely helpful.

Stayed here for one night early March in what was a very stressful time trying return to my home country. Had a very early flight the next morning and at around 10pm the room next to me, all men, started knocking on doors, yelling, screaming and playing very loud music. After about 30 minutes of this I packed my bags and headed down to reception who were very understanding. They offered to send someone up to advise them to stop however when I explained I would be concerned about my safety in returning to the room in case they had realised the complaint was from me, they changed my room with no extra cost and without any further questioning or comments. Huge thanks to your staff, this is how you keep solo female travelers safe and very impressed.
The hotel is also very luxurious.
