Gerne stellen wir Ihr Hochzeitsessen ganz nach Ihren Vorstellungen zusammen. Regional und unkompliziert – so ist unsere Landhausküche. Klassische Landhausrezepte und saftige Steaks gehören ebenso zu unserer Speisekarte wie holsteinische Gerichte aus dem traditionellen Rezeptegut.
Unsere Produkte beziehen wir überwiegend aus der Region: Fleisch in bester Qualität von bewährten Lieferanten, Wild aus der heimischen Jagd und frischen Fisch von ausgewählten Zulieferern. Kräuter verfeinern unsere Gerichte und natürlich wird bei uns und mit viel Liebe und Kreativität gekocht.

2020-01-23: two nights in this 3-star hotel including a very good breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the room and the hotel are well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces behind the house.
The food in the restaurant is also very good and there is a good selection - something for everyone.

We had liver with puree and Pann fish with fried potatoes, the good German Dornfelder red wine and THE delicious MAGNUS mineral water = TOP - and the staff not only knows how to write "service", it knows EVERY letter exactly and sets it 24 / 7 to 110% around !! We'll be back and become regulars * Thank you * - even the high-quality equipment made it sooo pleasant :: not only the many chandeliers sparkle & sparkle with ne Art Diamant, but also the long-sleeper and well-padded chairs were equipped with it! The rooms are different, sometimes modern & youngstyle, sometimes with colibri wallpaper (here green in the photo) -> probably for hunters & Co, etc, but all with high quality room heating system and super ceiling lighting - what the room climate so great lets all so best - if you are passing through (Sylt - Hanover, FL-HH), or from the fair NMS / Husum, etc., you can confidently gather strength here and get super strong !! THERE is the price-performance ratio totally 😍
