We are Fred & Flora, a visual storyteller duo based in Berlin.

We love nature just as much as urban souls, small intimate weddings, big celebrations and free spirits who would dance like there is no tomorrow. Our aim is to make sure you are feeling comfortable and are enjoying your time.

It doesn’t matter if it rains or wind is blowing, if your parents burst into tears, if your best friend’s voice becomes weaker as she is reading up her speech. These authentic moments show the real values of a wedding day and serve as our main inspiration.

It was our first couple shoot and I was a bit nervous. Flora and Fred were able to make us both feel comfortable within the first half an hour! From then on, everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed our time a lot. Both were very open for our hacky ideas and even allowed plenty of time to experiment with the light as the conditions of illumination inside the house were changing every minute once dusk had kicked in. We ended up dancing, laughing, talking, shooting and getting to know each other better throughout the shoot. After such a wonderful shoot we went for dinner together and had great conversations until the restaurant closed. It was not only a perfect shooting-experience, but we also came out the other end with tons of lovely memories to take home. And the pictures turned out great. Everytime I look at them I discover new details. When we received the video, we were astonished, as it showed their outstanding editorial vision of piecing the various sequences together.
